Is it possible to set up a section within Cultures & Groups that is just for High School Seniors?

I really gets annoying to have kids jumping into a category set up for Senior Citizens and be bombarding with questions about high school proms, dating and parent issues. Wouldn't it just be easier for Y/A to set up a category for high school students?
