Ive have l discharge ever since I lost my virginity at 18, why?

When I lost my virginity I had a urinary tract infection, I went to the doctor and she said it was normal when you 1st loose it, tht many girls go through it. Well its been about 2yrs now tht I've had these random UTI, I want to say about 1 every 2days and there's always discharge! I wnt to the doc to get a shot and instead I end up breaking out in sores and I got fever blisters with a horrible temp, and it was the same day as the shot but the doctor said it was , but I've nvr had the bumps or the itching or burning, I've only had one thing and thts pain in my l area with discharge. I've been to so many doctors and hve gotten about 4diff antibiotics, only one has said ! Any help to stop the pain and discharge, what might it be?
