Sinus meds while pregnant?

I'm having the worst sinus problems, it's giving me headaches, making my bones ache, my throat is killing me, my lips are cracking because I cant breath through my nose it's so stuffy, my eyes hurt, my whole head is in pain... Have you had these problems while you were pregnant? What did you do about them? I was told I could take sudafed or benadryl, but that just doesnt seem safe for the baby. I'm been trying to deal with it without any meds; i've just been taking it easy, eating soup, drinking ginger ale... but it hasnt helped at all... I cant even sleep at night because of it. i dont know what to do.....
