What is the best enhancement system?

I've been researching enhancenment products but I don't trust the websites and the serveys all say something different. I wan't to know what they aren't saying. So I would appreciate some advice from someone who has actually tried it and it worked or didn't. Also, if you stop taking it will you're shrink back down to there original size? I would like to know the pros and cons. Thanks in advance for the input.
