Will cps take these kids away from mother?

Well my friends mom is in medication, I'm nit sure what kind but its for her being crazy, when shes not on ut she acts crazy and hits her kids calling them all type if Bit ch e s and that they are crazy. She is on probation for section 8 Fraud and she has had a case where she had all her kids taken from her before. She does get food stamps about 700 and about 3000 from ssi to pay her bills she gets ssi either for her kids testing crazy ( in her head) or she gets food stamps for them but there's never a lot of food in the home there's 8 people in a 4 bedroom house with 4 dogs that pee and leave crap and vomit all over the home, the kids hardly ever take baths and a boy and girl age (12 girl & age 6boy share a room) the boy alwayys talks about his nuts jus like that I think hes at the age needed for his own room.the boyfriend smokes weed in front of the 3 year olds face everynight and they have while she's in there which results in her already knowing terms as . I am concerned because thus has happned before abd the kids are scared to tell someone bcause there mother will hit them or maje them go in there room for days at a time. Any ideaas?
