Does anyone know the most restricted area in a Mosque and a Hindu temple?

Want to know more about these two spiritual place and could you pliz also tell me why it's so restricted from other worshipers maybe if I get to level 2 I'll choose u as the best answer!!!That is if u include what I'm asking for!!!!
