Help with outside areas of San Francisco!!!?

Marin county is very artsy and eclectic. It is just north of the Golden gate, but unfourtuntally is not in your price range. Its where I grew up. South San Francisco is very nice as well as San Mateo and Burlingame. Both are near the airport(sfo). These are more in your price range.
