I'm on an elite team playing in Maine and I need help staying at my peak performance, and developing my hockey skills. I one day hope to play in the NHL. I am 14, 5'4" and weigh 110 lbs, if you are wondering. Could someone show me a website, or a book that shows either training regimines, of training philosophies for hockey. I am most interest in speed, quickness, shooting, and puck work. I am very strong in those aspects of the game, but I know that if I want to reach my goal I will have to get better.
