I want to increase my height...sum1 plz help!!!?

I am 19 yrs old and prety short for my age. I am just 5.4'' and i am really upset about the fact that m nt growing anymore. I have been 5.4'' since the last 6 yrs now i.e. when i was in 8th grade. I used to be the tallest guy in cl that tym and now i am in college 2nd yr and i am the shortest :( i dunno what to do. It nvr mattered to me before but nw this thing is hampering my confidence e'tym i go. All my frnds are tall and around 6 ft tall i am the shortest its vry embarring. Even the girls in my cl are taller than me. Sum1 plz help me!!! What do i do??? Suggest me sum exercises plzzzzzz
