Need Money for school?

I'm about to enter into my 3rd yr of college. But i need more money for school since my mom wont sign a parent plus loan and I have no credit. The FASFA and un/subsidized loans arent cutting it. I need about 4,000. My greatest fear is having to drop out of school. My school has lost basically all other grants except the pell grants because of the Government cutting it. I'm so depressed about this. I've applied for numerous scholarships but haven't won any. Gosh i hate being this stressed out at 19 yrs old. Any suggestions. Man i wish you could still get the parent plus loan even if your parents dont sign it
