Sucky car dealership trouble?

ok i bought a truck back 2 months ago.at the time i went i needed a work truck pretty badly.he showed me only two trucks i could take home with no down payment out of the whole lot.i decided on one chevy 4 door truck.he promised me before signing papers that everything i seen wrong with it would be fixed free of charge when i got time to bring it back.it was a trade in and all they had time to do was get it cleaned up.there was a cracked window,torn interior,breaks squeeked,nicks in the paint,and the truck bed was scd badly.some of the problems to be named.well he said take it home and look it over real good and make a list and we'll get it fixed for you any wednesday.he said don't get in a hurry you can bring it anytime.it's a 3 and a half hour drive there to the dealership.he told me that the truck should be like a brand new one so look it over good and bring it back.i did so and the weather has been bad but he told me don't worry just bring it whenever you get a chance no hurry.well here it is two months later and they are refusing to fix the window and have put used tires on it because it was out of line and the tires were slick on the inside.says he is not going to fix that window.it's cracked all the way across.i pay $410.00 a month at $17,000.00 it's a 2006 silverado .is this fair and what can i do?
