2009 lennar home for 183k TOO MUCH?

went thru their lender UAMC, got approved for XX amnt.. went look at their inventory in Lakeland FL area. They had a promotional house done with hardwood floors, tiles in all wet areas, granite counters, maple cabinets and crown molding throughout. The asking price was for 195k.. I wanted to walk away and think things over, but the sales guy says he could shoot for 180k, so we said sure why not? they came back at 188k and we said final offer was for 183k with them paying everything (all closing cost and any extra fees for docs and stamps etc etc). they accpted!! but now that i'm looking and thinking things over, other houses with same floor plan were just sold 3 months ago for under 170k?? now what?
