EXCEL CHALLENGE FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!?

I am building a form on Sheet 1. On this form I would like for it to be idiot proof so I want drop down boxes on most of my fields... I know how to creat a drop down box no prob... I am using sheet 2 to store all my data. Everyone that uses this form has a unique number and so i want to use this in my first drop down box... When they select their number from pg. 1 I would like for it to filter those specific records on page two? The second question is once this filter is applied i would like to display all those records in the first two columns on page one... Is this possible and if you need a sheet to work with let me know... Thanks
