I am someone currently living in Collingswood, NJ. While working at an auto shop in Camden, my boss enlightened me on other ways to make money, including collecting recyclables from the shop (plastic and gl bottles as well as aluminum cans) to redeem for cash at a recycling center. I am aware that even a bagful may not yield a lot of money, but it's better than nothing. However, in searching for a recycling center via Google Maps, I have just been bombarded with private businesses that do not give me a clear-cut answer of whether they allow people to redeem collected recyclable material for money.
